The Brief required the removal of most of the ground floor partitions to create the desired open plan concept. The upstairs bedrooms were renovated to fit the requirements of the new owners.
The property features an expansive pool terrace area with a outdoor kitchen and cabana. Also included is a re-purposed bedroom and unique playroom for the owners' young daughter.
