Intent

This new 4 story commercial building houses the offices of The Ministry of National Security and The Royal Bahamas Defence Force executive branch.

The building is arranged into central, west and east wings with east and west wings accommodating the two military  branches.

‍

The central wing is where they meet. The second floor of the central wing includes a large joint conference center where representatives of all branches meet in joint inititives.

‍

The building includes  cutting edge MEP systems in a walk out service basement. A sweeping glass railed staircase becomes a  ground to first floor focal point in the dramatic 2 story lobby.
