Intent

Located on Baillou Hill Road, and part of the property redevelopment by the BBM&EC, The Shoppes at Baptist Plaza is intended to maximize the value of this well-located property and to generate additional income for the convention.

The development consists of eight commercial spaces ranging from 400-800 sq. ft.

To further generate revenue, the plaza will also include the BBM&EC's new "PAGES" bookstore, along with their signature coffee brand in a coffee shop aptly name "HE-BREWS".

The building features light scoops for adequate natural lighting.
