Intent

In terms of design, the key idea was to set this project aside from what can typically be found in terms of construction in The Bahamas and explore new possibilities that can stimulate new ideas, thus creating a more architecturally refined environment

In total, the project consists of sixteen units with each having two floors of livable space and also a parking garage underneath.

In terms of layout, the modules are made up of 2 units that are mirrored reflections of each other, thus allowing for equal viewing angles and window real estate for individuals who would be living at this development.
